- We exchange our equipment every year with a new brewer so that the inside looks as good as the outside.
- We exchange ALL of our glass decanters when we deliver - we don’t clean them at your facility! If we don’t exchange your glass decanters - you don’t pay for that delivery. Your paying for service -you should be getting what your paying for!
- Coffee that tastes great! Not over roasted or burnt taste. Coffee should be a pleasant drink, not something that grows hair!
- Free repair or maintenance on our coffee equipment. If something should go wrong with our equipment- we’re there in 1 hour - guaranteed!!
