OUR SERVICE PROGRAM

5 O’Clock Coffee makes it easy, convenient and affordable for your business to enjoy delicious fresh-brewed coffee and refreshing pure filtered water whenever you want. We supply you with everything you need to get started and maintain your 5 O’Clock Coffee beverage center.

Equipment

 

  1. Commercial coffee equipment is provided to our customers on a no-charge basis. A low rental fee may apply to certain special situations.
  2. This equipment remains the property of 5 O’Clock Coffee and is on loan for as long as the customer regularly purchases coffee supplies from us.
  3. If our equipment should require repair or service, we will repair or replace at no-charge.

Ordering & Delivery

 

  1. Ordering & delivery arrangements are customized for our customers convenience by using one of the following options or any combination of them:
    1. The customer can call in their orders as needed.
    2. We can call the customer for their order on a regular scheduled time basis.
    3. On-line ordering at www.fiveoclockcoffee.com
    4. Fax orders using our customized fax order forms.
    5. Our representative will stop on a regular basis to restock our customer’s inventory.
  2. Orders will be delivered next business day unless otherwise arranged.
  3. There is normally no charge for deliveries. Under certain conditions there may be a delivery and/or fuel service charge.

Executive Service

 

  1. With each coffee delivery, 5 O’Clock Coffee will externally clean our coffee equipment
  2. We will exchange or clean coffee bowls with each coffee delivery.

Terms

 

  1. All charges are net 10, unless other arrangements have been made.
  2. We do not accept unrolled coin in excess of $1.00

Pricing

  1. Prices and terms are subject to change without notice.
  2. Our office can advise you of the total invoice amount prior to delivery.
